The objective of HUFUS is to support higher education in Pakistan by donating to Habib Institution, Pakistan’s first not-for-profit liberal arts and sciences university and a unique exemplar of American educational tradition and excellence in Pakistan. Habib University similarly follows US tradition in providing opportunities to young men and women of remarkable talent from lower economic backgrounds: 90% of its students get scholarships and financial help.
