The company’s birth is rooted in the founder’s issues with the AC system at his home. When he moved from Connecticut to Florida with his wife, he saw the AC system in his house was in poor condition. After contacting several HVAC companies, he could not find a solution for the AC. in fact; the companies had no idea how to fix it.

Because the founder himself was trained in HVAC system repairs, he started to research and fix the AC system in his house by himself. At that point, he realized that local companies at the time did not account for the warmer weather in Florida with their maintenance and repair services. At that moment, he decided to start his own company dedicated to tailoring his HVAC solutions to the Florida climate. That is how the Florida-Rated AC System was born.
