My passion is to help people live an optimally healthy lifestyle. I studied Dietetics and Food Science and I have a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. The unique tools and experiences that I have gained with my own weight loss journey and my interest in wellness, I have been able to help people transform their lives for the better; getting them out of diet mode and on track to learning new, healthy habits that last a lifetime.
