G. David DeLozier, a lawyer since the early 1970s, a founder and sole shareholder in the law firm of G. David DeLozier, P.C., aka DeLozier Law, firm motto: “Live the Golden Rule”. In recent years, his practice has emphasized: estate planning (wills, trusts, etc.), plaintiffs’ personal injury [motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice and several sexual molestations], family law, general civil/commercial litigation, criminal defense [DUI to capital murder], bankruptcy, and business organizations. Additionally, beyond the lawyer role, he has been extensive business experience at the operational and ownership levels. His practice has included a wide variety of litigation, business organizational planning, corporate, partnership and estate and individual tax planning, real estate acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects. He has also been involved in several nonprofit organizations as board member, founder and member.
