Owner and operator of Bickimer Electric is Michael Bickimer. Mike was born and raised in Johnson County, Kansas. Mike grew up around the construction industry and started working in the trades at an early age, under his father’s company, Bickimer Construction.
Mike attended the University of Kansas earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mike then moved to Jacksonville, FL where he was a top electrician for the past 10 years. Having a good client base and great referrals in Florida, Mike knew certified master electrician, as you’ll see below, he is also a top-notch business owner that knows what it takes to ensure a great experience for customers.
Mike has had his own Master Electrician license for the last 5 years. Mike has now expanded Bickimer Electric’s electrician services to Overland Park, Kansas and the entire Kansas City area with the help of his wife Melissa Bickimer. Here they hope to continue to provide the highest quality electrical service available as they grow the Bickimer Electric family.
A charitable donator to the fraternal order of police and firefighters in Jacksonville, FL, and an active member of Habijax, Bickimer Electric will continue to sponsor and contribute to the outstanding community of Johnson County, Kansas. Since moving back to Kansas, Mike and Melissa, joined the Promise of Learning Foundation and Joseph’s Way as board members. These foundations help many charitable organizations achieve their goals. Some of the charities include Kids TLC, KCK foundation for excellence, Bishop Ward, Holy Spirit, KCKCC, Morning Glory Ministries, The Will To Succeed Foundation, and many more. Bickimer Electric offers electrician services for new construction; residential and commercial. They also do residential remodels, commercial build outs, building maintenance, and residential, commercial service calls. They specialize in panel upgrades, service upgrades, and offer safety inspections for new home buyers.
