The Aroma Thyme bistro is an institution in Ellenville, NY. The Catskills meet the Hudson Valley, and in 2003, Aroma Thyme opened its doors—serving up a menu of local favorites alongside 250 craft beers, 250 fine wines & 250 boutique spirits.
We’re proud to be one of the first Certified Green Restaurants in upstate New York. We’ve made it our mission to support local businesses and independent brands from across the globe—and we’re not just talking’ about our wine list!
As well as being a great place for dinner and drinks with friends, we also have a large children’s menu that includes healthy options for fussy eaters.
