Alyssa Kristin

This year, Alyssa Kristin went to New York Fashion Week with Macy’s Emerging Designer Press Event. We were so excited to meet Steven Kolb, the CEO of the CFDA, various fashion bloggers, and other assorted celebrity stylists and press. I absolutely loved getting to meet some of these people face to face and getting feedback on the collections. It’s made me more confident than ever when it comes to talking to people about my designs and where my inspiration comes from. Also while hanging out in New York, I got to get a tour of the Alice + Olivia space and workroom, and their gorgeous layout. They have a stunning building overlooking the NYC skyline and the water, and enough fabric swatches to keep a designer sated for half a year.
