Activate Cash App Card with QR Code or CVV Number

Cashapp Card is one of the key features that enable users to pay online, offline and withdraw Cash. It is a prepaid debit card that works like a bank debit card. User can make payments at offline merchant store, and for online shopping. After receiving cash card, activating the same is mandatory. Otherwise, you cannot use it for payments. Cash App Card activation process has some simple steps. One needs to use QR code and CVV number mentioned on the Cash Card. Activate your Cash App Card as per the following method:

1. Unlock your phone and run the Cashapp.
2. Access the Cash Card tab.
3. Click on ‘Activate Cash Card’.
4. Now, allow phone camera to read the QR Code printed on the card. Scan the code properly.
5. Once the card is scanned properly, it will be activated.

Note: You can One can use CVV Number and expiration date to activate the Card. Skip the QR Code option and tap on ‘Use CVV instead’. Now, enter your CVV PIN and expiry date and activate the card.

Therefore, there are two options through which one can activate Cash App Card. You can either use QR code or CVV Number to activate the Cash Card. After activating the same, use the card for payment of online and offline services. However, you must maintain Cash App Card balance. Keep sufficient funds in the Cashapp wallet so that you can use Cash Card services uninterruptedly.
